How it stacks up, my honest take
A fantastic experience! Our spacious Queen Room was spotlessly clean and offered comfort at its finest. The friendly staff went above and beyond, especially when delivering a delightful breakfast to our room. Perfectly located for our plans, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return for another visit!

The room was spacious and super comfy, and I loved how clean everything was. I spent some time soaking in the jacuzzi and enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which was a great way to relax. The only hiccup was that the restaurant service could've been quicker, but that didn't stop me from having a good stay! 😊

It was just a great value-to-price ratio for a momentary visit in Saint-Eustache. The breakfast was not good for $20.00. Consider finding other dining options nearby.

Nice lobby, but noisy nights
The place has a pretty lobby and we got to check in early, which was super nice. The bed was comfy, and I liked having the Nespresso in the morning. Just a bummer the party in the ballroom made our room shake at 2:15 am! Not cool when you’re trying to sleep.

I recently stayed at Imperia Hotel & Suites and found the room nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed felt great, perfect for resting after exploring the area. The staff members were welcoming and made check-in easy. They were friendly during our interactions, which made me feel valued. However, the noise level from the hallway was bothersome late at night when people gathered near the elevator. Additionally, I was disappointed that there weren't enough towels in the pool area. I also expected better accessibility options in common areas, which could have made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, I had a good experience, but these few issues could enhance future visits.

missingWrote a review on Jul 17spacious layoutfree parkingfamily-friendlystuffy airslow elevator
The Loft Suite features a spacious layout that works well for families looking for a little extra room to spread out. The hotel offers free parking right at the entrance, adding convenience for those traveling by car.
Unfortunately, there are a few downsides to mention. The inability to open windows leaves the air feeling stuffy, which could be bothersome during a longer stay. Additionally, I had to request housekeeping, which felt unusual for a place claiming to cater to guests. Also, the bathroom lacked sufficient toiletries for two guests—shower gel counts must always be double in such cases, right? Lastly, the elevator situation could use an upgrade. it felt slow and cramped, especially for the number of floors it serves.

More accessible seating options in communal areas.
